** WHAT TO EXPECT
** Our scheme consists of three rotations in 2 years across a range of areas including:
* Technology Strategy
* AI & Data Analytics
* Networks & Capital Allocations
* Service Platforms During the programme, you will build a core understanding of our strategy and operations across different domains and markets, whilst rotating through different roles for accelerated growth. You could work as the next AI consultant or act as a Project Manager, leading cross-market initiatives end to end. You could be investigating new technology concepts and articulating their relevance and impact to senior stakeholders.

The roles will be varied, some strategic, others more operational, giving you a flavour of different career paths. You will also have the option for an international rotation in your second year within our Operating Companies and Ventures. Depending on your rotation, you may also gain hands-on exposure to AI-enabled solutions, including prototyping and evaluating use cases, working with data, and supporting the development of software or automation using languages such as Python.
