Responsibilities Be part of a large corporate in a global environment Work Mon-Fri (2 choice days a week from home) Take on-call shifts during nights and weekends Own highly technical escalations Perform detailed root cause analysis

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications BA in computer science or equivalent Experience in Tier3 support or professional services English – excellent writing and conversational skills

Experience with Power Shell and Dev Ops tools SQL scripting and DB maintenance

Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript,Node JS, React Experience in programming, ASP.net would be an advantage Experience in system log analysis

Experience with Windows servers and IIS

Experience with cloud services Relevant years of experience in similar jobs

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Experience with Azure

Experience with Azure Dev ops

Experience with Azure Kubernetes and docker

Experience with Grafana

Experience with Web services and Oauth authentication
