Senior Solution Engineer

Build the future of AI – and your own future too!
At Snowflake, you get the room to grow, the trust to experiment, and the support to excel. You are not just looking for a job, you are looking for meaning, challenge, and growth. If so, this is the moment. Snowflake is growing fast, and we are looking for colleagues who, like us, believe that technology is only truly powerful when it is made simple and accessible for everyone.

You will be working throughout the Benelux and can be based in Belgium and The Netherlands.
Why Snowflake is a great fit for you  You will join a close-knit, experienced team of Solution Engineers who bring out the best in themselves - and in each other - every day. We learn from and with one another, share successes, and grow together. We are there for each other, both at work and beyond. At least once every quarter, we do something fun together to stay connected in a fast-moving world.
You will join a team made up of two sub-teams, led by people who have themselves been SEs for many years. They know what you need in order to grow and they genuinely create space for that. It works: on average, 25% of our team moves into a next step within Snowflake each year, such as specialist roles or leadership positions.
What you will do  You help customers get the maximum value from their data. You do that not only with technology, but above all with curiosity, creativity, empathy, and genuine interest. You work hands-on, think strategically alongside customers, and show how Snowflake solves both business and technical problems. And you will work with groundbreaking technology:
Snowflake is the global leader in making AI easy and secure to apply.
What you bring   Experience as a Solution Engineer or Architect within SaaS, data engineering, or analytics
Knowledge of data architecture and AI, from data ingestion to consumption, from raw to modeled data, from traditional ML to multimodal Gen AI
Presentation and consulting skills for both technical and business stakeholders
Fluency in Dutch and English
And beyond that?  You will travel to the US once or twice a year and meet colleagues in European tech hotspots for internal training or to speak passionately about data and AI at international events. You will work in an organization where feedback, growth, and enjoyment go hand in hand.
Does this sound like a place where you would feel at home? Then this is your moment.
How is Snowflake doing? Better than ever.  Over the past 14 years, we have completely reinvented data warehousing. And now we are bringing Gen AI directly to the data, securely, at scale, and ready for immediate use. That gives everyone in an organization the insights they need to make better decisions, faster than ever.
Last year, we grew by 30% to more than 10,000 colleagues worldwide. Our stock rose by 160% and that matters to you too: as part of the team, you will of course receive Snowflake equity, so you can help build and grow with us.
We believe in mastery while remaining students ourselves.  At Snowflake, you will dive deep into our own product. You choose a focus area that suits you from data engineering to AI & ML and become part of that community. Every quarter, you will take targeted training to stay up to date with the latest features, use cases, and best practices.
Once a year, we bring the entire EMEA SE team together during Tech Up an intensive, inspiring week full of product training, keynotes, and innovation.
Want to go one step further? For colleagues who excel, there is the High Performance Track: a growth path for people who are ready for more. More knowledge. More impact. More direction in their career.
