Position: Senior Manager / Director | SAP S/4HANA Transformation
Are you an experienced SAP transformation leader looking for the opportunity to  help build and shape a growing consulting practice , rather than simply deliver within one? We’re working with a fast-growing  global consultancy at an exciting stage of its expansion across Europe , and we’re looking for a senior leader to join its SAP S/4

HANA transformation business. This is a  high-impact, broad leadership role  combining client delivery, transformation and solution leadership, pre-sales, business development and practice development.

The opportunity
You’ll work with some of the world’s leading organisations on complex  end-to-end SAP S/4

HANA transformations , helping clients translate business strategy into successful transformation programmes. Working across business processes, technology, data, architecture and AI-enabled innovation, you’ll help organisations navigate large-scale change, modernise their SAP landscapes and realise the full value of their transformation investments.

We’re looking for someone who can see the bigger picture, connect business and technology priorities, and lead transformation from strategy and roadmap development through to delivery and value realisation.

Your role will include:

Leading major  SAP S/4

HANA transformation programmes , advising senior client stakeholders and driving successful business outcomes.

Working with CIOs, business leaders and transformation executives to shape transformation strategies, roadmaps and delivery approaches.

Providing senior  transformation, solution and architecture leadership  across complex SAP programmes.

Connecting business process redesign, organisational change, technology, data and AI to deliver integrated transformation outcomes.

Shaping and winning new business through  pre-sales, proposals, client workshops and account development .

Developing propositions around  SAP S/4

HANA, enterprise transformation, digital innovation and AI .

Building trusted relationships with senior clients, identifying opportunities to expand existing engagements and developing new accounts.

Helping to  grow and shape the Netherlands practice , including recruitment, mentoring, capability development and building high-performing teams.

Collaborating with colleagues across the global organisation to leverage international expertise, capabilities and best practices.

What we’re looking for
We’re interested in experienced SAP and transformation leaders operating at  Senior Manager, Director, Programme Director, Lead Architect or equivalent level .

Ideally, you’ll bring:

Significant experience leading or shaping  SAP S/4

HANA transformation programmes .

A strong consulting background within a major global consultancy or leading management and technology consulting firm.

A strong understanding of end-to-end business transformation and the relationship between business processes, technology and organisational change.

Experience leading large, complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes, from strategy and design through to implementation and value realisation.

Strong solution, architecture or programme leadership capabilities across SAP transformation.

A combination of  client delivery, transformation leadership and commercial / pre-sales experience .

The ability to engage credibly with C-suite executives and senior business and technology stakeholders.

Experience leading, developing and motivating high-performing consulting and delivery teams.

A strong commercial mindset and a genuine appetite to  build and grow a consulting business .

An entrepreneurial, collaborative approach and the ability to operate effectively within a global organisation.

Experience across different SAP functional areas and transformation work streams is welcome. We’re particularly interested in leaders who can take an  enterprise-wide view of S/4

HANA transformation , rather than focusing exclusively on a single functional domain.

Location:

Netherlands or elsewhere in Europe

You can be based in the Netherlands or another European country.  You do not need to be based in the Netherlands , but you must be comfortable travelling to client sites, including in the Netherlands and elsewhere in Europe, as required by project and business needs.
