Job Description Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
Be a productive member of the team.
Requirements The candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting Service Now Sec Ops modules, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance.
Develope automated workflows and scripts, integrating Service Now with third-party security tools and APIs, troubleshooting applications, conducting testing, and supporting platform upgrades.
Configure and customize Service Now Sec Ops modules to meet security operations requirements.
Develop flows and scripts to automate and enhance security operations capabilities.
Integrate Service Now with third-party security tools and APIs.
Provide operational support for Service Now Sec Ops functionalities.
Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Service Now applications and flows.
Support Service Now platform upgrades and enhancements.
Strong expertise in Service Now Sec Ops modules, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance.
Experience integrating Service Now with security tools such as Splunk and Anomali.
Experience integrating Service Now with vulnerability scanners and data providers such as Rapid7, Tenable, Microsoft Defender, Invicti, and NVD.
Strong understanding of security operations, vulnerability management, and configuration compliance processes.
Experience with Flow Designer, Service Now Studio, and Integration Hub.
Proficiency in custom application development and familiarity with Service Now CI/CD pipelines.
Good knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Now ITSM functionalities.
Knowledge of security operations and incident response processes.
Understanding of vulnerability management workflows and remediation life cycles.
Knowledge of threat analysis, remediation, compliance frameworks, and continuous monitoring.
Experience with Service Now CI/CD, scoped application development, update set management, and automated deployment pipelines.
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM functionalities.
