We are seeking an experienced and visionary  AI/ML Product Manager  to lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for a rapidly growing FMCG company under the Public Investment Fund (PIF) in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, combined with exceptional product management skills, to bridge the gap between data science and business strategy.
PS:
This is an on-site role and requires relocation to Riyadh/Saudi Arabia for applicants residing outside Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for  AI/ML-powered solutions , from ideation and strategy to execution and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, marketing, and sales, to deliver impactful AI/ML products aligned with business goals.
Identify and prioritize  use cases  that leverage AI/ML to solve complex business challenges in marketing, sales, and operations.
Define product roadmaps, set key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure the success of AI/ML initiatives.
Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies and communicate these to stakeholders.
Ensure all AI/ML solutions are scalable, user-centric, and aligned with the company’s data strategy.
Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML trends and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
Oversee the integration of AI/ML solutions with existing data pipelines and platforms, ensuring seamless deployment.
Collaborate with leadership to define long-term goals for AI/ML adoption and contribute to overall digital transformation efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in  Computer Science, Industrial Engineering ,  Data Science ,  Artificial Intelligence , or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on  AI/ML products .
Strong understanding of  AI/ML technologies , including supervised and unsupervised learning, natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, and predictive analytics.
Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions that drive measurable business value.
Familiarity with  big data technologies , cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data visualization tools.
Background in Software Product Management in Enterprises and/or Startups is preferred.
Ability to understand complex business problems and identify and interpret business needs.
Advanced knowledge of agile development methodologies (Agile, Dev Ops).
Demonstrated facilitation and influencing skills to drive decision-making among stakeholders with diverse perspectives and priorities.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
Knowledge of agile planning tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in the  FMCG sector  or other fast-paced industries is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
