Across our businesses, we're introducing new technologies and improving the way we work. The challenge goes beyond implementing a new system. It's about making sure people understand it, embrace it and use it effectively.
As our Project Manager / Implementation Lead, you'll connect business, technology and people. You'll take ownership of implementations from planning through rollout and beyond, coordinate stakeholders and help teams navigate change.
What you’ll do- Lead technology implementations from start to finish, turning plans into practical results.
- Bring business teams, technical specialists and external partners together.
- Involve users early, coordinate testing and training, and encourage adoption.
- Work iteratively, adapt to changing priorities and use feedback to continuously improve.
- Identify obstacles, solve problems and ensure new solutions deliver real business value.
You're proactive, curious and action-oriented. You take initiative, learn quickly and naturally bring people together. You combine a practical mindset with an agile way of working: embracing change, testing ideas, learning from feedback and focusing on outcomes rather than rigid plans.
You have experience in project delivery, technology implementation, digital transformation, and business change.
You may be a Project Manager, Implementation Consultant, or Technology Consultant ready to take the next step.
