Technical Integration Manager (Payments)

As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest financial organisations, I am seeking for a Technical Integration Manager for a 12 months+ contract in Netherlands.

Responsibilities
As a Technical Integration Manager, you are responsible for helping our clients to integrate our solution in their online checkout. You work closely with the sales team to provide technical product knowledge and support during the sales process. You are a trusted advisor for both internal and external stakeholders and own all the technical aspects of the solution. This includes leading technical discussions with clients and helping them resolve the issues they face during product exploration and integration.

You are willing and able to take ownership of the customer onboarding lifecycle.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

Experience in Payments in a technical/product role supporting external clients

Experience integrating with or supporting Payment Service Providers (PSPs), gateways, or acquirers.

Familiar with at least one modern back-end language (Java, Type Script/Node.js, C#/.NET, or Go) and API design (REST, webhooks, OAuth).

Good understanding of how APIs operate and are documented

Ability to take full ownership and responsibility of customer onboarding and support

Outstanding problem-solving ability, eagerness to learn, and curiosity.

Strong customer acumen

Can speak and engage with technical teams

Knowledge of the software development process
