Role DescriptionThe Procurement & Supply Chain Operations Assistant Manager supports supply chain projects and daily procurement operations within an international business environment. The role focuses on coordinating activities between internal teams and external manufacturing partners, ensuring projects remain on schedule and operational processes run efficiently.
Responsibilities- Coordinate supply chain and procurement-related projects with external manufacturing partners across Europe
- Support product launches, business changes, and operational improvement initiatives
- Track project timelines, risks, milestones, and operational readiness
- Ensure materials, capacity, and deliverables are completed on time
- Act as the main point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support procurement operations including contract administration and code management
- Handle day-to-day operational issues across procurement and supply chain activities
- Participate in meetings, provide project updates, and support cross-functional collaboration
- 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations
- Basic experience in project management or project coordination
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
- Hands‑on approach with strong coordination skills
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience with in FMCG, food, manufacturing, or other operational environments is a plus
