Our client’s operation focuses on strategic energy infrastructure projects and the exploration and production of oil and gas, both onshore and offshore.

The Warehouse Logistic Coordinator provides support to the Supply Chain department. Receives all sorts of material, services, chemicals and tools in the warehouse for the departments.

You are responsible for gathering, analyzing, and sharing information both within the organization and with external stakeholders. You respond to inquiries by thoroughly investigating records, databases, files, and systems to establish facts and provide clarity. At the same time, you play a key role in resolving day‑to‑day Supply Chain challenges and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

You work independently and have a broad understanding of the organization, its functions, roles, and responsibilities. As you will frequently handle company‑sensitive information, discretion and accuracy are essential. With your strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you are able to clearly explain facts, practices, and policies while aligning internal and external stakeholders to achieve effective solutions and agreements.

In addition, you are capable of identifying and resolving issues that are not immediately visible within existing systems or processes. You continuously look for ways to improve current methods, enhance quality, and add value through your daily activities. Your proactive mindset, analytical approach, and ability to collaborate across teams make you an important contributor to an efficient and future‑focused Supply Chain organization.

• Receiving materials and issue materials to the assets
• Control stock in Energy warehouse(s)
• Control waste storage and hazardous goods storage on Boekelermeer yard
• Ensure all purchased materials are safe and certified as per industry standard
• Keep yard and warehouses clean and tidy
• Ensure most economical solution and timely delivery of purchased materials / services to the assets
• Adhere to the guidelines, policies and procedures
• Maintain stock records and all transfer data in computerized stock management system
• Assist when required members Supply Chain department

We’re happy to hear from professionals with a relevant technical education and 5+ years relevant experience. In this role you'll require both Dutch and English language skills.

• VCA
• Forklift license
• Comply with general safety rules, safety rules regarding his professional trade and the rules as per work procedure
• MS Office (MS Word, Excel) competency
• Self‑starter able to take initiative and determine own priorities to meet overall team objectives
• Team‑player and effective communicator at all hierarchical levels
• Willingness to learn and to ask pertinent questions
