Innovative Beauty Group is looking for an S&OP Specialist to manage the European planning process. You will be responsible for data collection, report preparation, and aligning teams to support the supply chain.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management or a related field and 3–4 years of relevant experience. A proactive attitude and strong analytical skills are essential, alongside proficiency in Excel and familiarity with demand planning software.
