As a Supply Planner at Innovative Beauty Group (IBG), you balance demand, inventory and supplier performance across Europe and China. You translate forecasts into smart supply plans, manage stock levels, and work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to secure reliable, cost‑efficient availability while supporting sales and EBITA targets.
You will- Translate demand forecasts into supply plans, align production schedules with supply capabilities and keep inventory at optimal levels.
- Monitor stock and turnover, implement replenishment strategies and take corrective action to secure availability at minimal cost.
- Build strong relationships with EU / CN suppliers, working closely with Procurement on performance, lead times and sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning and other internal teams to align plans, share updates and proactively manage risks or disruptions in the supply chain.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation in planning processes, while mentoring and training junior supply chain colleagues.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Solid Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, SUMIF).
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau is a plus.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy in forecasting and reporting.
- Familiarity with demand planning software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, JDA) and ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, structured and communicative, and you enjoy working with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
