Professional, Business Analytics - EMEA Supply Chain
In this position you will drive the identification of trends and other critical business impacts to supply chain through results driven data analysis, to support our revenue growth. You will demonstrate a relentless pursuit of information accuracy and an ability to effectively understand and translate business need and key business levers into actionable system solutions.
Your ImpactOrganizational Impact
- Manage existing reporting capabilities within Tableau environment and develop new self‑service results driven reporting/dashboards to meet business needs such as inventory optimization. Identify, and where needed, manage system improvements, focused on the inventory and account service components, to further enhance supply chain performance.
- Drive the transition to and creation of Tableau reporting for the Supply Chain organization (Sales and Supply operations, Customer operations and Distribution operations). Work cross-functionally with other business teams, e.g. Inventory Management, Sales and Demand Planning, Sales teams, to optimize our inventory position and aging.
- Identify and address outliers in the managed reports, use analytical skills to call out trends and areas of attention.

- Work on projects as assigned:
Address impacts of enhancements versus reporting.
- Communicate proactively, professionally, efficiently, and tactfully through verbal and written communication across all functions.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- BI tools & visualization (SAP BI, Tableau, Power Bi or similar)
- Strong Analytical and Problem‑Solving ability
- SAP knowledge on Sales & Distribution/Master Data areas – AFS (FMS is an advantage)
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of business concepts in Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Merchandising and/or Retail.
- Strong English Language Skills Education And / Or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics Management and/or Analytical Field
- 3‑4 Years Business experience, ideally in a Supply Chain (operations) role
- Knowledge of Power BI, SAP BI and Tableau, high expediency in Excel, preferred.
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Amsterdam office.
- Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in‑office per week.
