Supply Chain Business Partner – Northern Europe (Netherlands based)

We’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain Business Partner to join our EAME leadership team. This high‑impact leadership role involves partnering directly with the Business Unit Head to shape strategy, lead transformation, and deliver measurable business value across the end‑to‑end supply chain.

As a trusted advisor and strategic business partner, you will:

• Lead the Supply Chain agenda for the Business Unit, aligning commercial priorities with operational capabilities.
• Own the end‑to‑end Supply Chain performance, driving improvements in customer service, inventory, cost, working capital and overall business performance.
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, bringing together Commercial, Finance, Operations and Regulatory teams to enable data‑driven decisions.
• Champion digital transformation by leveraging tools such as Salesforce, AI forecasting solutions and advanced analytics to improve visibility, forecasting accuracy and customer experience.
• Drive regional transformation initiatives as a key contributor to the EAME Supply Chain strategy.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team of eight Supply Chain professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

You’ll be a commercially minded Supply Chain leader with:

• Proven experience in senior Supply Chain leadership roles.
• A strong track record of leading S&OP, Supply & Demand Planning and cross‑functional business partnering.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance and Operations within a matrix organisation.
• Proven success delivering business transformation, digital initiatives and continuous improvement programmes.
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic business decisions.
• Experience with digital planning / AI forecasting tools is highly desirable.
• A degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related discipline (MBA advantageous).
• Fluent English;
  Dutch advantageous but not essential.
