Bloom & Wild Group is seeking a Stock Planning Lead to architect and scale our non-horticultural procurement and inventory function. You will drive availability, minimise waste, and work with warehouse and procurement teams to support rapid range expansion.
You will lead automation efforts, build AI-enabled workflows, and implement standardized KPI reviews to shift from reactive to proactive inventory management.
