IKEA Amsterdam zoekt een Fulfilment Operations coordinator (shiftleader) die het logistieke team ondersteunt bij plannen en uitvoering van orderpicking, verpakken en laden. Je werkt flexibel in 40 uur per week, met ochtend-, middag- en avonddiensten.
Je bewaakt veiligheid en naleving van procedures, stuurt dagelijks processen aan en zoekt continu naar verbeteringen. Met ervaring in retail/logistiek en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in NL en EN draag je bij aan een soepele operatie.
