We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our Finished Vehicle Logistics team. Based at our European headquarters in Amsterdam, you will play a vital role in building, scaling, and developing logistics operations across all our European markets. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and requires strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

• Manage end‑to‑end inbound and outbound logistics flows across markets and compounds.
• Coordinate with carriers and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Act as a key point of contact for operational issues and resolve disruptions proactively.
• Support flexible execution across markets as part of a shared operations team.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain standardized workflows, SOPs, and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs and support root cause analysis for performance deviations.
• Contribute to automation, system improvements, and data quality enhancements.
• Support logistics projects, including new market setups and process rollouts.

• Strong ownership of operations and accountability for end‑to‑end delivery.
• Ability to manage complexity across multiple markets and stakeholders.
• A structured and analytical approach to problem‑solving.
• Proactive identification of inefficiencies and continuous improvement mindset.
• Capability to balance hands‑on execution with process development.
• Strong understanding of logistics KPIs, performance drivers, and cost impacts.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to support and enable team performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
