GVB zoekt een (senior) Inkoper HR/ ICT en Staf voor inkooptrajecten van A tot Z, binnen complexe Europese aanbestedingen en met directe interactie met directie en leveranciers. Je werkt aan ICT, HR en facilitaire inkoop en draagt bij aan strategische procurement in een duurzame, maatschappelijke context.
Je ontwikkelt categorie- en inkoopstrategieën, begeleidt projecten en beschikt over minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring. Ervaring met Europese aanbesteding en complexe stakeholders is vereist.
