Openbaar Onderwijs aan de Amstel (OOadA) zoekt een Medewerker Huisvesting & Facilitair voor 0,6–0,8 fte in Amsterdam. Je werkt onder regie van de Strategisch Adviseur Huisvesting en verzorgt de huisvesting en facilitaire dienstverlening voor basisscholen, kinderopvang en het bestuurskantoor.
Je onderhoudt contacten met directie en leveranciers, bewaakt contracten, coördineert onderhoud en draagt bij aan renovaties en MJOP.
