Inter Work zoekt een ervaren opzichter dagelijks onderhoud voor een woningcorporatie in het centrum van Amsterdam. Je neemt reparatieverzoeken aan en beoordeelt wat er moet gebeuren, met ruime aandacht voor kwaliteit en planning.
Je onderhoudt contact met huurders, aannemers en collega’s, houdt toezicht op het werk en spreekt partners aan als afspraken niet worden nagekomen. Een mbo Bouwkunde opleiding wordt pré verwacht en ervaring in de corporatiesector is een vereiste.
