Inter Work is op zoek naar een opzichter dagelijks onderhoud in de regio Noord-Holland. U bent verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks onderhoud en de inspectie van huurwoningen. Hierbij beoordeelt u reparatieverzoeken en onderhoudt u persoonlijk contact met huurders en aannemers.
De ideale kandidaat heeft een mbo Bouwkunde opleiding en ervaring in de woningcorporatiebranche. Flexibiliteit en professionele vaardigheden zijn essentieel voor de rol. We bieden zowel parttime als fulltime mogelijkheden met een salaris tussen € 3.978,- en €5.017,- op basis van 36 uur per week.
