Lightspeed is looking for a  Lead, Field Sales, Netherlands  to lead a team of Field Account Executives in the Netherlands and in the field every day — prospecting, walking into restaurants, building relationships and winning new business.

This is a  hands-on people leadership role with commercial accountability . You’ll coach in the field, set clear expectations, use data to improve performance, manage forecasting and address underperformance when needed.

We’re looking for someone who can  coach, challenge and develop others  — What matters is that you can show real examples of helping others improve, and can balance empathy with accountability.

Please note, this role is based in the Netherlands and  Dutch fluency is a must .

What you’ll be doing :

Lead, coach and develop a team of 8 Field Account Executives in the Netherlands

Set clear expectations and hold people accountable for performance and behaviours

Coach in the field on prospecting, walk-ins, demos, objections and closing

Use data, observation and feedback to identify and improve performance

Give direct feedback and manage performance when needed

Manage forecasting and team performance through Salesforce

Create a high-performing, supportive team environment

Partner with Product, Customer Success, Implementation and other internal teams

What you need to bring:

Fluent in Dutch  and English

Strong outbound, full-cycle B2B sales experience

A track record of coaching, mentoring or developing others

Confidence giving feedback, setting expectations and having difficult conversations

A curious, adaptable and data-driven mindset

The ability to connect coaching to measurable performance improvements

You speak the language of hospitality: you know the drill, understand the buzz, and can connect authentically with restaurateurs and hospitality businesses.

A willingness to spend regular time in the field with your team
