• Develop and implement a global wind turbine category strategy aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
• Lead qualification, evaluation, and performance management of turbine suppliers to ensure compliance with technical, commercial, ESG, and risk standards.
• Maintain a robust supplier base and manage key relationships, monitoring market trends and geopolitical factors.
• Drive commercial strategy and lead negotiations for supply agreements and framework contracts.
• Partner with legal, project development, and construction teams to structure risk-balanced contracts.
• Oversee procurement for wind turbine packages across global projects, providing strategic input during development and bidding phases.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of procurement and logistics managers, ensuring governance and best practices.

• Proven experience in category management and strategic procurement within the wind or renewable energy industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, risk management, and supplier negotiations at a global level.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent knowledge of market trends, supply chain dynamics, and ESG principles.

• Experience with project delivery in international markets.
• Familiarity with long-term framework agreements and financing requirements.
