Deloitte is seeking a Director to lead our SAP practice within Technology & Transformation. You will shape SAP strategy, drive commercial growth, ensure delivery excellence on complex programmes, and develop senior talent. This is a senior client-facing role focused on S/4

HANA and cloud transformations.

• Own client relationships: set engagement strategy, align stakeholders, and secure sustained client satisfaction and value delivery.
• Drive commercial growth: lead pursuits, develop winning proposals, manage revenue targets and expand the SAP portfolio.
• Ensure delivery excellence: govern programmes, manage risk, quality, budgets and timelines across complex SAP implementations.
• Define solution strategy: advise on architecture, product selection (S/4
  
  HANA, cloud), integrations and reusable IP; create pragmatic adoption roadmaps.
• Develop talent: coach and mentor senior consultants, build bench strength and shape career development plans.
• Champion market presence: represent Deloitte externally, publish thought leadership and manage partner alliances.
• 7+ years' consulting experience in SAP or enterprise systems; proven progression in senior responsibilities.
• Demonstrable track record building trusted relationships with C‑suite and IT stakeholders and expanding professional networks.
• Deep hands‑on understanding of SAP landscapes (S/4
  
  HANA, integrations, cloud) and enterprise architecture principles.
• Strong commercial acumen: experience in pursuits, commercial negotiations and meeting revenue/delivery targets.
• Proven success delivering complex SAP programmes on time and on budget; experience with programme governance and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills in English (and Dutch preferred, if relevant). Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP, TOGAF) are an advantage.

As Director, T&T – SAP you will lead high‑value client engagements and shape the SAP consulting practice end‑to‑end, defining solution and delivery strategy across S/4

HANA and cloud landscapes. You’ll drive commercial growth through pursuit leadership and market positioning, build and sustain C‑suite relationships, and ensure programme quality, risk management and budgetary control. You’ll mentor and develop senior teams, embed repeatable delivery methods and IP, and champion adoption of new technologies and partner ecosystems. Externally you’ll represent the firm through thought leadership and alliances, while internally fostering capability building, collaboration and a client‑centric, outcomes‑focused culture.
