Position: Manufacturing Operator/ DSP

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manufacturing Operator in downstream processing to support production of pharmaceutical products at its Schiphol, Netherlands facility.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine production activities following GMP and SOP guidelines.
  • Operate, monitor, and record process steps in downstream processing.
  • Accurately document process data and report deviations or improvement ideas.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and elevate issues to supervisor when necessary.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and help achieve production and quality goals.
  • Complete required training and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge.
  • Work shifts and adapt to changing priorities with flexibility.
Qualifications
  • Relevant MBO‑2 diploma with at least 3 years of experience, or non‑relevant MBO‑2 with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Minimum B1 proficiency in Dutch or English.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, business applications).
  • Quality‑oriented, accurate, flexible, and positive attitude.
  • Experience with downstream processing or GMP is a plus.
  • Preferred skills: accountability, analytical reasoning, collaboration, continuous improvement, demand forecasting, detail‑oriented, distribution management, DRP, document management, order management, pre‑fulfillment processes, process oriented, project support, strategic supply chain management, technical credibility, transportation management, warehouse management.
Benefits

Anticipated base pay range: €35,000.00 – €53,360.00.
