Manager Production Support

For our pharmaceutical client based in Amsterdam region, we are looking for a Manager Production Support.

With a team of approx. 15 persons, you are responsible for a wide variety of tasks:

• ERP coordination within production

• Compliance within production (SOP, DEVs, CAPAs, CCs, Training coordination)

• Support of production automation processes

• Documentation support for production including batch documentation review

• FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ of simple equipment, and support to Technical Resources for complex equipment

• CAPEX planning within production

• Coordination of equipment maintenance and repair in collaboration with Facility Management

• EHS point of contact within Production

• Coordination of Continuous improvement projects

Qualifications Required

• To fulfill this broad function, Wacker Biotech BV is looking for a person with strong organizational skills, who can keep track of a wide variety of activities

• HBO/University degree in medical biology, biochemistry, or biotechnology

• Several years of work experience in a Production environment, preferably in biotechnology or pharmaceutical environment

• Experience with GMP

• Strong in coaching personnel with different educational levels
