Title: Material Handler
Location: Amsterdam, NY
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

• Unload/Stage incoming shipments with various MHE equipment.
• Prepare/breakdown inbound shipment for accuracy validation.
• Put away product into correct locations via MHE equipment.
• Pull orders accurately via paper/electronic orders using MHE equipment.
• Operate forklift and/or related material‑moving equipment to designated areas.
• Perform general warehouse housekeeping, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
• Follow all safety procedures in operating equipment and performing job duties.

• Ability to safely operate a forklift and use a computer operating system to track inventory.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as a team member and independently.
• Flexibility to perform a variety of job assignments.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations.
• Math skills, including addition, subtraction, fractions and decimals, to follow instructions.
• Ability and willingness to perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Prior warehouse/receiving experience.
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position, constantly operate machinery, handle products, frequently move inside the facility, and regularly lift up to 25+pounds.

• Experience in a production‑related environment.
• Some experience in the field or in a related area.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16.25, with the actual base offered depending on qualifications, experience, skill level, education, certifications, and location.
