Je zorgt er als machineoperator voor dat het productieproces soepel verloopt. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Je leert het werk (verder) in de praktijk en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid.
Jouw taken?- Aan- en afvoeren van producten;
- Instellen, bedienen en ombouwen van machines;
- Uitvoeren van productieorders;
- Registreren van productiegegevens en storingen;
- Controleren van de productkwaliteit.
Goed om te weten: je werkt als machineoperator in een 2- of 3-ploegendienst, afhankelijk van de machines waar je mee werkt. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je flexibel inzetbaar bent voor verschillende diensten (op zijn tijd).
De werktijden zijn: 06:00 - 14:30 en 14:30 - 23:00 voor 2-ploegen. Als je in 3-ploegen werkt, komt daar ook deze shift van 23:00 - 06:00 uur bij. Vanzelfsprekend is het belangrijk dat je voor beide ploegen openstaat.
