The Position  As our  Senior Product Development Manager , you play a key role in bringing innovative, high-quality products to market and continuously improving our existing assortment. With strong technical product knowledge and hands‑on ownership, you lead the end‑to‑end development process from initial concept through formulation, packaging development, testing, feasibility and production. You translate product concepts into technically feasible and commercially viable products, ensuring they meet our quality, cost, timing and brand standards.

You are comfortable getting into the details of formulations, packaging specifications, testing requirements and production challenges, while keeping the overall project moving forward. Through strong project ownership and close collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you identify risks early, solve development challenges and ensure products are ready for a successful launch. As part of the Product Development team within the Marketing department, you work closely with the Product Development Director and collaborate cross‑functionally with teams such as Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain, Brand and Sales.

Key Responsibilities  End-to-End Product Development   Lead the full product development process within specific categories, from concept and feasibility through formulation, packaging development, testing, validation, production and launch.
Translate product concepts and briefs into clear technical requirements for suppliers and development partners.
Drive development timelines hands‑on, ensuring all technical and operational milestones are met before production.
Identify development risks and bottlenecks early and proactively drive solutions.
Formulation, Packaging & Quality   Work closely with suppliers and partners on formulations, ingredients, packaging specifications and product performance.
Coordinate sampling, testing and validation throughout the development process.
Ensure products meet agreed quality, functionality, cost and brand requirements.
Drive improvements and optimizations of existing products, formulations and packaging where relevant.
Project & Stakeholder Management   Own timelines, budgets and deliverables across multiple development projects simultaneously.
Coordinate closely with Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain, Brand, Sales and external suppliers to ensure smooth handovers and production readiness.
Act as the central owner of the development process and ensure stakeholders remain aligned throughout.
Performance   Deliver technically and operationally ready products on time, in full and within budget.
Ensure a smooth transition from development into production and launch.
