TEMPORARY MARKETING MANAGER - ARTIPOPPE (6 MONTHS) POSITION

You will lead our marketing team during a 6-month maternity leave cover. You should have a natural drive to motivate the team, maintain focus, and achieve marketing goals to drive growth and visibility. Reporting to the CMO, the Marketing Manager will ensure project timelines are met and communication remains clear and efficient throughout all stages of campaigns, launches, or innovations. RESPONSIBILITIESYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating, planning, and coordinating marketing projects and brand activities from concept to execution;
- Overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure timely execution;
- Translating strategic direction into actionable marketing plans as a bridge between management and the marketing team;
- Facilitating internal communication and alignment across departments during campaigns, launches, and initiatives;
- Supporting daily team tasks while delegating responsibilities effectively;
- Implementing and shaping growth strategies for digital marketing, focusing on performance, market diversification, and long-term impact;
- Monitoring and optimizing marketing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements;
- Ensuring message, tone, and brand aesthetic consistency across all channels (social, email, paid ads, etc.);
- Conducting weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations;
- Supporting the CMO with administrative and strategic tasks;
- Proposing strategic improvements to elevate marketing execution across advertising, e-commerce, creative design, and branding.
- University degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Management;
- Relevant experience in marketing, branding, or communications;
- Experience in the fashion and luxury industry;
- Alignment with Artipoppe’s mission, vision, and aesthetics;
- A passion for and understanding of luxury branding.
- Proven leadership and team management skills;
- Excellent project and time management abilities;
- Proactive with attention to detail and strong ownership;
- Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills;
- Awareness of current media landscape developments.
