As our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at ZEEKR EU
, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our EU marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Internally this role will be titled Head of Brand and Customer Experience
.

You will lead a dynamic marketing team and collaborate closely with cross–functional stakeholders to achieve our business objectives. This role requires a strategic mindset, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of the automotive industry and digital marketing trends.

• People Leadership: Lead and grow a high–performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Provide strategic direction, guidance, and support to team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Campaigning: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels and markets. Through your team, drive innovative and impactful campaigns to promote ZEEKR.
• CRM/Customer Journey: Oversee customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
• Digital & Website Management: Lead ZEEKR’s digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
• Metrics & Analytics: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure marketing performance and ROI. Utilize data‒driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
• European Leadership: Sit on our European leadership team and take overall responsibility and ownership for the marketing channel.
• Consistency of Brand: Ensure a consistent brand development and marketing performance across all EU markets.

• Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the automotive industry or allied fields. Ideally experienced at both an EU level and also at a market (NSC) level.
• Breadth of geographical experience across Europe/EMEA, with expertise in leading marketing execution across multiple countries.
• Expertise in growing and developing high performing teams.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading and developing high–performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
