Your place within the organisation.- The Marketing Manager reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and, over time, will report to the Management Team as a whole.
- The position leads the Marketing & Communication team and manages a flexible network of agencies and freelancers.
- The position is based in Amsterdam.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing Necron’s marketing and communication strategy across all verticals. This role ensures that Necron’s brand, corporate identity, and project propositions are positioned consistently and effectively in the market, driving commercial success. The Marketing Manager combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, ensuring that every marketing initiative supports Necron’s growth, ESG commitments, and long‑term value creation.
You:
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing and communication strategy aligned with Necron’s corporate objectives.
- Strengthen Necron’s brand identity and market positioning across all sectors.
- Lead, coach, and expand the internal marketing team and external specialists.
- Manage budgets and ensure ROI across campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Align marketing activities with project development, leasing, and investment strategies.
- Safeguard consistent and professional communication with all stakeholders.
- Develop materials, presentations, digital campaigns, and events supporting Necron’s business goals.
- Imagination You translate complex real estate concepts into clear, appealing, and distinctive propositions. And you think beyond conventional marketing paradigms by combining innovation, storytelling, and creativity to strengthen Necron’s market identity.
- Determination You define measurable marketing goals and ensure their execution through structured planning, performance tracking, and continuous improvement. You keep focus under pressure and drive the team to deliver tangible outcomes on time. You show ambition and drive to elevate Necron’s visibility and brand equity. You strive for excellence in every campaign, maintaining high standards and pushing for consistent quality and impact.

- University degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of marketing experience, preferably within real estate, area development, or related sectors but always in a B2B environment.
