Responsibilities
Global multi-channel, multi-touchpoint brand communication development;
Campaign development for both a B2B and B2B2C audience – from brief to full delivery; in line with defined strategies aligned with category teams;
Global and local stakeholder management and alignment according to approval processes (medical, regulatory and legal) Ensuring messages are consistent within all B2B(2c) touchpoints: sales, in-store, print, digital etc.
Building an effective and strong relationship with our lead creative partner and other vendors; overlooking content development and production;
Ensuring projects/campaigns are delivered on time, in full, and within agreed budgets;
Developing a deep understanding of customer behaviours and needs by thorough research;
Communicating solutions and recommendations clearly and persuasively within team and to global & local stakeholders;
Promoting and embedding best practices of our communication channels into the way of working of our teams.

- Track record of touchpoint based, multi-channel campaign development
- Agility and the ability to manage multiple projects and asset production at the same time;
- Good presentation skills; comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work closely with commercial, creative and management teams on both global and local levels to execute key marketing programs
- Deep understanding of a commercially driven organization
- Adaptability and willingness to work with a variety of global and local stakeholders across the organization
- Good project management and reporting skills
- Experience in a global to local work environment
- Knowledge of B2B or B2B2C product communication development for different channels: print, digital, sales, in-store
- Extensive marketing communications experience in a global to local corporate environment
- Experience in content and asset production
Good understanding of MS Office
