About the roleAs the Head of Paid Social at Storio, you will lead our vision for paid social and affiliate marketing across all our brands. You will guide a talented international team across Amsterdam, Barcelona, and London to drive growth and reach our customers in meaningful ways. This is a leadership role where you will build a high-performance culture and ensure our social strategy helps people celebrate their best memories.

- Create and lead the paid social strategy for all group brands and websites.
- Build strong partnerships with major networks like Meta, Tik Tok, and Pinterest through strategic business plans.
- Partner with our Creative team to brief and develop assets that lead to campaign excellence.
- Look for ways to use automation and new marketing technology to improve how we work.
- Mentor your team to help every individual grow their skills and reach their goals.
- Work closely with Commercial and Analytics teams to find new opportunities for growth.
- Stay ahead of platform shifts and new features to keep our brands competitive.
- Scale our ad spend efficiently to expand our revenue and customer base.
- Strengthen the role of Paid Social within our media mix by developing a vision and proving the incremental value of these activities.
- Foster a culture of shared insights across the company to drive innovation.
- Use advanced targeting and data to connect Storio with new audiences.
- Take ownership of forecasting and ensure all campaigns hit their performance.
- Significant experience leading paid social marketing campaigns in an eCommerce setting.
- A proven track record of managing multi-million-euro budgets across different regions.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing marketing professionals.
- Deep knowledge of the customer journey from brand awareness to conversion.
- Excellent analytical skills and a habit of making decisions based on data.
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with internal and external partners.
- Experience with tools like Smartly and web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics.
- You have experience testing incrementality and understand complex attribution topics.
- You are comfortable working with OKR frameworks and managing multiple brands at once.
- You hold a degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
