Social Media Internship

Join the Brand team at Joolz as our Social Media intern! As part of the Brand team, the Social Media & Content team now exists out of a Social Media manager (your supervisor and right hand) and a Social Media coordinator (basically your left hand). Together, you’ll help shape what Joolz looks and sounds like across the globe. A dynamic full of creativity, strategy and storytelling.

As the Social Media intern, you support the Social media & content team with the day-to-day tasks. You stay in touch with our online community, create content and help bring our brand to life in a way that feels fresh, real, and on-point. You’re obsessed with social media, always spotting the next trend before it hits the mainstream and you love turning insights into content that resonates.

• You take care of our community management on our own channels, making sure to engage in our DM and in the comments – both inbound and outbound;
• You ideate and produce new social content - ranging from on-trend Tik Tok videos to engaging story formats;
• You create monthly organic social recaps to analyse our growth and performance and occasional social recaps for campaigns and product launches;
• You set up social collaborations with brands and influencers for i.e. giveaways and/or user generated content;
• You assist in organizing and supporting content shoots – from location and model scouting to arranging props and helping out on set.

• You follow a relevant academic education in the direction of Creative Business, Online Marketing, Social Media or Communication;
• You take initiative, think creatively, move fast, and have a strong eye for visual storytelling and sharp copy;
• You are proactive, independent and know how to set priorities;
• You are analytical and use results to improve content, month after month;
• You are genuinely in love with social media and always on top of the latest trends and viral moments;
• You have excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken (our global communication language);
• You are not afraid to ask people to be part of your next Tik Tok video. Believe us, you’re going to need someone to fold or push a stroller in front of your lense more than you think!
• You are detail-obsessed. Typos don’t stand a chance, and your content always looks polished;
• You are a pro at content creation - or determined to become one - whether it’s developing new story formats or shooting and editing the most catchy Tik Tok videos.
