Marketing & Events Intern

Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Events intern to join us from August/September for 5 to 6 months. As part of the Marketing team, you’ll get hands‑on experience organizing events and running marketing activities for one of Europe’s leading Shopify agencies.

We’ll be looking for an intern to support our Marketing team across different activities. In this role, you’ll work closely with Gabija, our Marketing Events & Social Coordinator, on everything that brings the Ask Phill brand to life. You will plan and execute events such as Ask Phill & Friends and our biggest event of the year, NXT:

Commerce Summit, handling all logistics from start to finish and being hands‑on on the day itself. You will create content for social media and email campaigns, from writing copy to designing visuals using AI tools, coordinate with suppliers and venues in the run‑up to events, and support campaign planning across our channels.

• You're in the final year of your degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and comfortable managing multiple things at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• A proactive attitude with eagerness to learn about both marketing and events
• Comfortable using AI tools
• Passionate about e‑commerce and curious about how AI is shaping the industry
