The Team
Reports to the Creative team within the Global Brand Marketing structure. The team functions as an internal creative agency, developing 360‑campaign concepts and experiences, executing consumer‑facing content, and collaborating across marketing departments.
The PositionManager, Art Direction – responsible for developing compelling concepts for global marketing campaigns, ensuring brand and product storytelling scales across a broad range of touchpoints.
Responsibilities- Lead 360‑campaign concept development and storytelling in partnership with content editors and writers, focusing on video‑first thinking.
- Communicate and sell ideas visually to leadership and stakeholders.
- Scale ideas across touchpoints, applying best‑practice knowledge and creative thinking for execution excellence.
- Create and adapt content for social media platforms in collaboration with the social team.
- Visualise campaign concepts using AI tools and set best practices for global rollouts.
- Coordinate seasonal project teams, writers, designers, and physical touchpoints such as events and retail.
- Brief production teams on creative vision, manage casting, feedback, post‑production, and quality assurance.
- Leverage creative technology to scale brand or product storytelling with external collaborators.
- 8+ years of art direction across multiple touchpoints.
- Experience crafting digital‑first fashion campaigns and deep understanding of performance landscape.
- Expertise in aspirational content creation, attention to detail, and studio execution.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, passion for fashion, art, architecture, music, entertainment, and culture.
- Knowledge of audience insights, trends, and ability to translate insights into creative concepts.
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage creative goals and deadlines, and collaborate with internal/outside stakeholders.
- Network of stylists, photographers, directors, and production talent, with ability to bring new talent to projects.
- Highly proactive, positive attitude, and willingness to travel globally for shoots.
- Degree in fashion communication, graphic design, fine arts, filmmaking, photography, or related field.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and AI visualization tools.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, business level.
- Strong organizational skills, juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
