Datadog is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to drive growth in the Public Sector across the EMEA region – initially within the United Kingdom. This role is pivotal to driving pipeline and business growth through a combination of in‑person events, virtual programs, executive engagement, and ABM tactics.
We are looking for a seasoned enterprise marketer with a proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing programmes that increase awareness, engagement, pipeline creation, and customer growth across government, defence, education, healthcare, and broader public‑sector organisations throughout the region. You will work closely with sales leadership, partner teams, and cross‑functional marketing stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns and events that support Datadog’s growth objectives across EMEA Public Sector markets.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Develop and execute the field marketing strategy for Datadog’s EMEA Public Sector business, aligned to regional pipeline and revenue goals
- Partner closely with sales leaders and account teams to understand market priorities and create programmes that drive awareness, engagement, opportunity creation, and customer expansion
- Own the marketing pipeline from start to finish
- Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns across digital, partner, content, and event channels
- Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, executive programmes, customer engagements, and Datadog‑hosted experiences
- Measure, analyse and communicate programme performance, using data‑driven insights to optimise results and scale best practices
- Support strategic Datadog events and industry conferences, including customer summits, partner events, roadshows, and flagship company programmes
- Effectively engage with senior leadership across functions, and secure their buy‑in for key initiatives
- 7+ years of B2B field marketing experience supporting public sector, government, defence, education, healthcare or regulated industry audiences in EMEA
- Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with sales teams and develop marketing programmes that contribute to pipeline and business growth
- Proven track record of executing integrated marketing campaigns and events that generate high‑quality leads and measurable outcomes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking, reporting and optimising marketing performance metrics
- Solution‑oriented, highly motivated and proactive self‑starter who works well as both team lead and individual contributor
- Stellar communication and relationship‑building skills that help you connect with a range of people, from entry‑level employees to the C‑suite
