Site Content Intern (EMEA Direct to Consumer)

Amsterdam, Netherlands
Duration: 6‑month fixed‑term contract
Job MissionReporting into the Site Content Manager, you will support the execution of digital content, campaigns, and product readiness across all EMEA websites. You will help ensure product and campaign launches go live accurately and on time, while contributing to a strong onsite experience.
Major Accountabilities- Execute product and content updates in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (copy, imagery, pricing)
- Assist with key onsite activities, including content publishing and updates, landing page creation and localization, visual merchandising support, and promotional and campaign content setup
- Collaborate with Trading, CRM, and Design teams to align campaign execution
- Request and update translations for different European markets
- Monitor basic performance metrics using Power BI and Content Square (e.g., conversion rate, bounce rate, engagement) and support reporting and share insights for campaign improvements
- Use Airtable and Asana to support project coordination and team communication
- Assist with ad‑hoc e‑commerce content and campaign tasks
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in e‑commerce and digital content
- Familiarity with e‑commerce or CMS platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI)
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Based in the Netherlands
