As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Growth Lead to shape and scale our commercial growth engine. This is a high-impact role where strategy meets execution. You'll be responsible for driving sustainable growth across our consumer and B2B business while building and leading a high-performing Growth team.
The role.As Growth Lead, you own Check's end-to-end growth strategy. You'll translate objectives into measurable initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, partnerships, propositions, and analytics.
Define and execute the overall growth strategy aligned with company goals.
Lead and coach a multidisciplinary Growth team across Growth, CRM, data, partnerships, and commercial initiatives.
Set priorities and allocate resources based on business impact and customer insights.
Build a culture of experimentation, rapid learning, and continuous optimisation.
Own key growth metrics including acquisition, activation, retention, customer lifetime value, and revenue.
Partner closely with PA, Product, Operations, Tech and Finance to unlock new growth opportunities.
Use data and customer insights to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and scale what works.
Build scalable processes, structures, and teams that support our next stage of growth.
You're a strategic thinker with a builder's mindset. You know how to develop a vision, but you're equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.
You bring:
5+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or a related leadership role.
Experience leading cross-functional, high-performing teams.
A strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision making.
Hands-on experience with growth experimentation, CRM, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and pricing.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
A growth mindset and the ambition to build something exceptional.
Experience in a marketplace, mobility, SaaS, or fast-growing scale-up environment is a strong plus.
