Senior Trading Activation Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Sr trade activation executive to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce market in Dyson Central and Eastern Europe.

In this role you will support the Trade Activation Manager to deliver the direct website’s content roadmap and act as the guardian of Dyson brand representation and conversion drivers across 8 DTC websites.

• Content Project Management – Maintain the content calendar in alignment with trading plans, NPD launches, conversion drivers and media plans; manage content briefs with external agencies; oversee translation SLAs; prioritize tasks for timely execution of commercial priorities; ensure A+ content, correct pricing and merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
• Website Merchandising & Trading – Manage day‑to‑day merchandising across eight Dyson websites; build and maintain homepage, category, landing, and promotional pages; execute trading calendars, seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotional activities; align product positioning with commercial priorities; monitor availability and coordinate with teams to minimize disruption; support pricing, promotional and inventory updates.
• Customer Journey Optimization – Continuously review website performance and identify opportunities to improve navigation, engagement and conversion; monitor key customer journeys and implement enhancements to reduce friction; benchmark against best‑in‑class websites to unlock new lift and shift opportunities.

• 2–3 years’ experience in e‑commerce, digital merchandising, content management or online trading.
• Highly preferred language expertise – Romanian (RO) or Hungarian (HU).
• Experience with CMS and e‑commerce platforms;
  Magento experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to content accuracy.
• Good understanding of online customer journeys and conversion optimisation.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
