Digital Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Own the creative asset production request pipeline based on content calendar and marketing campaign requirements.
• Develop comprehensive briefs for creative teams and coordinate asset production through to final activation readiness for deployment by our media agency.
• Independently oversee QA and asset accuracy in collaboration with agency and creative partners.
• Write and review paid digital copy; manage the end-to-end translation process to ensure high-quality localized output.
• Design, manage, and execute structured creative testing across messaging, formats, channels, and creative approaches, documenting and sharing learnings & insights.

• Strong attention to detail:
  Ability to ensure all creative deliverables are accurate and meet brand and media platform guidelines & technical specifications.
• Drive, pragmatism and the ability to make things happen in an environment of ambiguity, complexity and multiple stakeholders.
• A passion for digital marketing and the entertainment industry with knowledge of digital marketing methods and familiarity with creative best practices.
• A highly collaborative style:
  Able to thrive in a team environment as well as work highly effectively working independently.
• Compelling copywriting:
  Able to create effective marketing copy for all stages of the marketing funnel.
• Experience leveraging creative automation tools such as Smartly and/or workflow management tools such as  (would be beneficial).
