For a global fashion brand based in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Specialist, Membership Activations.

In this role, you will bring the brand's loyalty program to life by creating exclusive member experiences and impactful brand activations. From VIP events to in-store experiences, you'll drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver memorable campaigns across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities are to:

  • Plan and execute exclusive member events, VIP experiences, and loyalty activations to drive acquisition and retention;
  • Collaborate with Retail Marketing, regional hubs, and cross‑functional teams to develop engaging membership campaigns;
  • Create and coordinate member communications and event messaging across marketing and e‑commerce channels;
  • Manage activation budgets, event logistics, and exclusive member benefits or gifting;
  • Track event performance, membership growth, and ROI, using insights to improve future activations.
Requirements

The ideal candidate has/is:

  • 2–4 years of experience in CRM, loyalty marketing, or retail brand management;
  • Strong understanding of fashion retail trends, consumer behavior, and loyalty programs;
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills with a customer‑first mindset;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign performance and optimize results;
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with marketing, retail, e‑commerce, creative, and analytics teams;
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
