Senior Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Build the context:
  Embed with the two EMEA AEs to understand pipeline, top accounts, and where deals are stalling or accelerating
• Map the EMEA developer and AI builder ecosystem: key communities, Slack groups, Discord servers, meetups, and regional conferences worth owning
• Audit existing Vapi content and campaigns for EMEA relevance - identify gaps in localization, use case coverage, and regional resonance
• Identify 5–10 high-potential EMEA influencers, technical content creators, and community builders in the AI/voice/developer space and begin relationship development
• Align with the US marketing team on budget, tools, and what "good" looks like in Year 1
• Build the foundation:
  Launch Vapi's first EMEA-specific event presence
• Activate your first 2–3 influencer or creator partnerships
• Partner with NAMER counterparts to stand up a lightweight EMEA demand gen engine
• Build a running tracker of EMEA-relevant conferences, communities, and partnership opportunities across key markets
• Create the first version of an EMEA-specific nurture sequence for AE pipeline support
• Drive momentum:
  Own and report on EMEA marketing KPIs

• You've done regional from scratch before.
• You've built or led marketing in EMEA at a developer tools, infrastructure, or AI company, ideally at a stage where the category wasn't yet established.
• You're a community and events operator at heart.
• You understand developers.
• You're a scrappy, resourceful marketer.
• You're a strong relationship builder.
• You can work across time zones without losing context.
• Bonus:
  Experience in conversational AI, contact center technology, or developer infrastructure. Existing EMEA network in the AI/ML or voice/telephony space.
