E-commerce Assistant – Junior Email Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Preparing new campaigns, product launches and promotions;
• Keep the online content up to date;
• Own the B2C-newsletter process from A to Z: planning, set-up and creation, execution and analysing/monitoring performance;
• Research different email marketing topics such as lead acquisition, back-in-stock emails and email flow optimization, and translate findings into concrete improvements;
• Assist with online merchandising and page optimizations;
• Making web performance analyses;
• Assist in getting optimized translations of our website content from English into six other languages (FR, DE, NL, IT, ES, EL).

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Commercial Economics or anything related to E-commerce;
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
• You are available 4 days a week;
• You like to work independently as well as in a team;
• You are commercial, result and detail oriented;
• A team player with a positive attitude who strives for continuous improvements.

Demonstrates expertise in B2C marketing strategies, including campaign management, email marketing optimization, and web performance analysis. Proficient in multilingual content management and effective communication in English.
