driving integration and alignment between Zeekr and Geely in Europe

You will work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and closely collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership
, contributing to high-impact cross-brand initiatives while leading internal communications across EU HQ and regional markets.

, and the opportunity to actively shape how Zeekr and Geely collaborate and grow together in Europe.

• Drive execution of key work streams within cross-brand initiatives (e.g., planning cycles, go-to-market alignment, and cross-functional projects).
• Translate strategic priorities into structured plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure progress, resolve gaps, and maintain momentum.
• Prepare clear and structured materials to support leadership discussions and decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Europe and China to ensure alignment.
• Lead internal communications across EU HQ and regional markets.
• Support leadership communication, including town halls, key updates, and messaging development.
• Maintain and continuously improve communication channels and cadence.
• Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned across teams and regions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance clarity, transparency, and engagement across the organization.
• Support structured collaboration across teams (e.g., planning cycles, updates, coordination routines).
• Maintain visibility on priorities, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Proactively identify misalignment, risks, or delays and elevate when needed.

• Experience in coordination, communications, consulting, or similar roles in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively across functions, teams, and cultural contexts.
• Excellent structured communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with marketing, commercial, or strategy teams.
• Exposure to international or cross-regional organizations.
• Experience supporting senior leadership or strategic initiatives.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
