Communications Intern – Internal Comms, Branding

Key Responsibilities

• Bring to life key employee moments (onboarding, recognition, company milestones, change moments)
• Support company-wide initiatives like Hackathon and People programs such as In Motion
• Create content across formats (copy, visual, video, social)
• Experiment with new tools and formats, including AI-supported approaches
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns
• Use data and insights to improve how we communicate and engage

• You are currently enrolled in a Dutch university for the full duration of the internship, or you hold EU citizenship (required for work permit eligibility)
• You’re studying something relevant (e.g. marketing, communications, business administration, media, HR)
• You’re excited to gain hands-on experience in a global tech company
• You enjoy combining creativity with analytical thinking
• You’re curious about how technology and AI can improve the employee experience
• You like turning ideas into experiments—and learning from results
• You’re proactive, structured and comfortable working across teams
• You have strong communication skills in English.

Demonstrates creativity and analytical thinking to enhance employee experiences through innovative content creation and data-driven communication strategies. Proficient in leveraging technology and AI to support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
