Zoku, a hospitality group, seeks an eCommerce Lead to own conversion and the CRO program across its online platform. You will drive growth in direct bookings for stays, coworking, meetings and events, while collaborating with Marketing, Revenue, CRM and SEO teams and external partners.
You will design and implement a data-driven merchandising and testing roadmap, shaping the guest journey and optimizing the booking experience across multiple locations.
