Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist

Do you have the digital marketing expertise, commercial mindset, and stakeholder maturity to help one of our key markets unlock its next phase of omnichannel growth?

Based in Amsterdam, and regularly working from Paris, you will be the essential connector between our Local Head Office in Paris and Central Head Office in Amsterdam as a Senior Digital Market Specialist France. You will represent the French market within CHO, translate global digital priorities into locally relevant execution, and bring French consumer, commercial, and cultural insights back into central decision-making.

This is a senior role for someone who can look beyond individual channels. You understand how e-commerce, CRM, digital paid media, owned channels, customer journeys, and local activations come together to drive omni (digital & retail) growth. You are able to interpret performance, identify opportunities, align stakeholders, and turn insights into action.

Your day-to-day includes:

• Act as the digital market lead for France, ensuring local priorities, commercial needs, and consumer insights are represented in CHO planning.
• Translate central digital strategies into relevant local plans across e-commerce, CRM, paid media, owned channels, and omnichannel activations.
• Monitor France’s e-commerce, app, CRM, campaign, and media performance, identifying the key drivers behind growth, underperformance, and opportunities.
• Turn data into clear recommendations on budget allocation, campaign optimization, channel mix, customer segments, and market moments.
• Align local and central stakeholders around priorities, planning, execution, and evaluation.
• Work closely with local marketing, brand communication, brand activation, CRM, paid media, digital channel specialists, and agencies.
• Challenge one-size-fits-all approaches when needed, ensuring global initiatives are adapted to French market realities.
• Build a clear planning and reporting rhythm so that France is included early, decisions are made with the right context, and follow-up is clear.
• Support measurable digital and omnichannel growth by connecting local activations, digital traffic flows, CRM growth, and performance marketing.

Joining our Digital Marketing Team, you can count on a warm welcome to the Digital Markets team. We currently have 5 sub teams within digital marketing with their own specialisms. We are transitioning into a data-driven organization with likewise thinking. You will be working closely together with the digital channel specialists and local media specialists to realize and execute optimizations. Your direct reporting line will be to the Sr.
