IQVIA is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join a dedicated European business unit supporting an innovative Immunology & Inflammation portfolio.

This is a unique opportunity to combine local market ownership with international exposure. In this role, you will act as the marketing lead for the Netherlands market while contributing to broader European initiatives across multiple countries.

You will play a key role in developing and implementing customer engagement programs, patient pathway initiatives and brand strategies that support healthcare professionals, improve customer experience and deliver business impact. Working closely with Marketing, Commercial Operations, Commercial Excellence, Medical Affairs and customer-facing teams, you will help translate strategic priorities into meaningful market execution.

Approximately 60% of the role will focus on the Netherlands market, with the remaining 40% supporting wider international marketing initiatives and cross-market collaboration.

• Develop and execute local brand plans aligned with overall portfolio objectives and customer needs.
• Translate international strategies into impactful market-level initiatives.
• Drive implementation of customer engagement programmes and marketing activities.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen brand performance and customer experience within the Dutch healthcare environment.
• Support achievement of business objectives through effective planning and execution.
• Develop and implement patient pathway initiatives designed to support customer engagement and patient-centered care.
• Translate healthcare system insights into practical tools, materials and support programs.
• Partner with stakeholders to create resources that address customer and patient needs.
• Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to innovative solutions that enhance customer and patient experiences.

• Act as the marketing lead for the Netherlands across assigned brands and initiatives.
• Localize customer engagement programs, campaigns and materials for the Dutch healthcare environment.
• Represent local market needs and perspectives within international planning discussions.
• Identify customer, stakeholder and market trends that may influence future strategy.
• Ensure successful implementation of agreed activities and programs.

• Work closely with customer-facing colleagues to support execution of marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
• Conduct regular field visits to gain market insight, understand customer needs and observe program execution.
• Translate field feedback into actionable recommendations and program enhancements.
• Act as a key link between marketing and field teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• Support adoption of customer engagement best practices across the field organization.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries on regional and international projects.
• Share best practices and lessons learned across markets.
• Contribute to development of international customer engagement programs and marketing materials.
